Vasu is the Designated Project Director of ODCP, with a mandate from ISABS to institutionalize the certification process that can identify talented management professionals and mentor them to acquire the adequate proficiency to practice as internal or external consultants for change management and OD. With the help of other professional members of ISABS who have been practicing OD in their own right for the last three decades in India, Vasu has generated enough interest in aspiring Corporate executives and leaders to pursue the programme of ODCP.

The booms and troughs in Indian business cycles have taught Vasu that the solution to Organizational problems can be found by creating new awareness about the future and striving for innovative interventions that can bring out the hidden potential to take risks. He has run his own business, supervised shop floors, dealt with Unions, coordinated on technology transfers, Coached CEOs, Mentored young Vice Presidents and counseled budding executives on managing their ‘chair’ and ‘life’ fully. He started consulting in 1979. He invites every day with newness, questioning his own set beliefs and confronting his own prejudices; demanding more of him in terms of excellent performance.
