Payal has been a part of the training fraternity ever since she stepped in the corporate world. An MBA in HR and an MA in English literature has tried her hands at various courses before she could finalize on the area she wanted to pursue her career in… Organization Development.
She has worked with various kinds of companies from manufacturing – Ambuja Cement, to market research – Ugam Solutions, to her current assignment in media with Bennett and Coleman (Times Group) where she is the Lead - Management Learning & Development.
The journey from training to organization development has been a conscious effort. The need to move from providing a superficial pill (in terms of training) to a much deeper investment to bring about meaningful change in individuals, organizations and lives (through OD) is what makes her take up OD. Understanding one’s potential at any stage in life and working towards it is what makes her passionate about Organizational Development. Something that she believes in and enjoys doing.
