Arvind joined the consulting fraternity in 2008, after having spent almost 24 years in the corporate world. After finishing his PG in Management, Arvind worked in Sales, General Management and HR functions in companies like Procter & Gamble and Coke. Arvind’s interest in Training and leading People Development Initiatives spurred him to move from Operations to HR and then as an Entrepreneur. His company CHORD CONSULTANTS provides customized solutions in Sales, General Management and HR areas.
Arvind is a keen learner and has done accreditations in MBTI and FIRO-B, along with an HR Certification program while preparing himself to be an entrepreneur. His interest in pursuing an OD Program is a step in gaining firm theoretical understanding of Organizations and help be an informed Consultant.
