With over 12 years of training and facilitation experience, Vinita brings to her OD work a unique humane perspective. Her strength lies in her boundless energy and enthusiasm about establishing and maintaining relationships. She can challenge the status quo and help people relook at their stances. She has the ability to cut through layers of superficiality and touch the nub of issues in a group situation. Being objective and willing to change herself, she can be a powerful instrument of change in any organisational setting. She seeks to co-create a future with her clients based on an optimistic scenario that brings about change from within.
Mechanical engineer by academic qualification, Vinita is a passionate seeker of learning and has internalized inputs from several disciplines – OD, Groupwork, Experiential Learning, TA, Appreciative Inquiry and NLP to name a few. This eclectic approach makes her comfortable with a varying array of clients – from corporates to NGOs and young people.
She is a Director with Outbound Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd and lives in Panchgani, two hours south of Pune.
