After having spent over a decade in learning & development & talent management in various MNC & Indian organization I had begun my OD journey, primarily acknowledging my own vulnerability & organizational oblivion & limitation.

I realized from my journey in ODCP that change management calls for an archetypal approach towards self, groups and Organizations. The programme helped me challenge my assumptions and test my fond believes that training and workshops can make the organization move. I am convinced that there are certain aspects which clearly differentiate OD with any transactional/predictable HR & Learning. To become an OD facilitator calls for rigorous self work, abstract thinking & erudite mastery. I also get t hrill by getting challenged by innate dynamism, precariousness, zing & non predictability of this field

I have done both Bachelor & Master’s in Management from University of Delhi & have worked in organization like Pepsi, Amway, Kinetic Honda, Metlife, and Motilal Oswal. Currently I am working with TATA AIG as a master facilitator & my role involves leadership development & development of over 500 trainers for the organization.

My Passion for measuring human behaviour & quality & be an ardent learner & student ever has forced me to experiment & get certified as Behavioural analyst ( CPBA), Value Analyst ( CPVA), Axiology analyst ( CPAA), MBTI, FIRO B, DISC, Thomas profiling, LUTCF, AFP, AIII, LOMA, DIP TD.

I am founder member of “Prakruti”a wild life society & life member of AIMA, ISTD, ASTD, NHRD, ISABS (associate), American, Russian & British cultural center in India
