I am Manish Srivastava, an Organizational Development & Social Change Consultant (ODCP Fellow, ISABS, 2008).

Over last decade, I have been engaged in facilitating organizational & social change, leading large scale learning organization & managing frontline operations with MNC (like Unilever, Marriott Hotels, Coca-Cola etc) and Multi-Sectoral Partnership (led by Unilever-UNICEF-Synergos Institute) including International development organizations, Consultants, Government & Community based NGOs Currently, I am in Boston, USA, on a learning sabbatical from Unilever, engaged as a Research Fellow with Presencing Institute at MIT, studying Anthropology & Sustainability at Harvard University and freelance consulting in global social change projects. My current action research focus lies at the intersection of: transforming capitalism, developing sustainable socio-economic systems, mythology & collective unconscious, and partnerships for organizational & social transformation.

My journey from Learning to OD to Social Change is co-facilitated by my ODCP fellows and Mentor. It has given me a new search & life purpose: “Organizations (particularly large corporate), Communities & Environment are at the edge of chaos. The ever increasing chasm is both a threat & an opportunity. It needs leaders-facilitators who can build bridges of collective consciousness and lead individual, organizational and social transformation. I already see myself at the beginning of the revolution and I want to create more ‘bridges’ like me…”

I hold an MBA in Human Resource, Graduations in Sociology, Education and Hospitality Management and advance professional training & certifications in OD, Change, Training & Facilitation.

My life interests range from Poetry, Teaching, Buddhism, Engaging with Nature, Reading and intimate dialogues with my life partner & friends.
