An ardent student of life’s unfolding drama,my inquisitive curiosity to understand the complex rhythm of psychological forces invited me to the field of applied behavioural sciences. The desire to partner with organisations and people to realise their true potential introduced me to the field of OD & change. As I went deeper into the journey, it dawned that any change outside is possible only if it emanates from within my ‘self’. As I went further, I became aware that to change is just to be my true and essential self. The struggle and the ecstasy of just being myself continues! But in its trail, it leaves behind gifts in bountiful. The gift of being a trifle more ‘effective’ as a father, husband, son, colleague, manager, citizen……and human being. This is the gift that ISABS and ODCP have bestowed upon me.

That then is my profile: one who is on a journey of self-exploration to be one’s own self and in the process making an attempt to impact the surroundings. My qualifications, a 15-year career etc. do not add significantly to this identity of mine. Suffice it to say that I am a lawyer by training having later obtained PG degree in PM & IR from TISS and have worked in the HRD functions of some of the most-recognisable names of the corporate world.
