Started my career as Graduate Engineering Trainee with ABB Taylor Instruments, Faridabad plant. Then served as Executive Director, Divyashakti power Devices (P) Ltd. promoted by me in 1990. The company was manufacturing and selling Distribution Transformers primarily to The State Electricity
I have a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, a degree in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in 1999. And a FIRO B certified practitioner from Asianic Psychologists Press, Chennai in 2008.
Human behavior and Organization development have always been an area of interest. With active OD intervention in my organization this interest has found expression in my effort to formally train as on OD consultant and hence the participation on ISABS-ODCP program. My areas of interest are process consulting and Humanistic approaches to Organization with an eye on the business objective of an entity.
