Participants with minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in any function
and interested in change management and institution building and those who are
identified as the key resources within the organi-sation can apply. Freelance
consultants, behaviour science trainers, HRD professionals employed in
Management Consulting Companies, Corporate executives and CEOs who perceive
value in this programme as meaningful.

| Minimum eligibility
criteria: Basic degree in any subject; age above 30
years; robust health to enable long hours of study,
mental agility and willingness to travel. Executives
with 5 years of experience in any Industry sector, with
a passion for continuing education and participants who
can commit for the whole programme from the beginning
and can comply with all the requirements in the
curriculum and design of project work, stand a better
chance of being selected. |

Selection process will entail an introductory write-up
from each participant on why he/she believes this
programme is important for him/her, from the perspective
of life and professional goal. An opportunity for self
assessment for inherent OD competencies will be offered
for those who desire. On invitation for a personal
meeting or a conference call, by the enrolment
committee, the participant will have an opportunity to
decide his/her entry to the programme.

Admission to the programme will therefore demand a
minimum of 50 days of dedicated attention and work in
OD-CP, extending over a one-year period commencing from
May 2008. The sponsoring Organisation will contract with
OD-CP Seceratariat to permit the selected candidate for
50 days, most of which will be in their own sponsored
Organisations on practical inhouse projects.

with a detailed CV and necessary proof of Income and Tax certificates to support
the credentials.
