| There is no certifying body
in India for accrediting change management consultants
and OD facilitators . Mostly HR department is burdened
with the responsibility of OD. The cost of leadership
development and external consulting for OD is increasing
with demand outstripping supply. India is poised for
quantum leap on all fronts and therefore needs
strategies to hasten change efforts and effectiveness
measures of Organisations. Concurrently the Board of
Directors are finding it hard to hire competent CEOs or
change leaders who can facilitate and cope with change. |

1. To develop Facilitative
Leaders and consultants with adequate competencies to
design and lead planned strategies for change in their
organizations.
2. To equip corporate leaders with process facilitation
skills that empower them to handle and cope with the
dynamics of growth and chaos.

| Programme requirements:

| The first batch, will be
restricted to 12 (twelve) participants only. A regional
spread and a good mix of gender is being attempted
Admission to the programme will therefore demand a
minimum of 50 days of dedicated attention and work in
OD-CP, extending over a one-year period commencing from
May 2008. The sponsoring Organisation will contract with
OD-CP Secretariat to permit the selected candidate for
50 days, Most of which will be in other locations of
India like Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bhilai. They will
spend ten days in their own sponsored Organisations on
practical in-house projects.
