| Benefits the
organization can look forward to from ODCP learning – through the
current year and upon completion of the course. |
| Organisations
sponsoring candidates derive the following benefits for the candidate
and themselves: |
- The commitment and motivational level of the candidate in terms
self esteem, to partner in the designing the future of the
Organisation will increase, and simultaneously creating a new
awareness in other senior colleagues that the Organisation is keen
on encouraging self and professional development of people who stay
to learn new traits and competencies that support future leadership
qualities.
- Upon completion of the course the candidate will substitute for
an external OD consultant and bring in intangible savings in terms
of consulting fee and offer continuity of development programmes and
change initiatives. He/she will be trained to become an internal
process consultant to facilitate productive senior level meetings.
If the candidate is brilliant in acquiring the consulting skills
she/he will be a ready made future leader from within, thus saving
on recruitment costs and special training costs.
- The espoused values of OD are very profound and far reaching
into the future. Therefore the candidates will be an internal change
agent and an influencer of policy bringing objective analysis of
facts and clinical in looking at assumptions behind impulsive
decisions. They will be able to drive CSR initiatives and programmes
with ease, and will design appropriate programmes and CSR teams to
suit Company needs and SR objectives.
- In special cases where they specialize in coaching or training
systems he/she will be an internal assessor and monitor to oversee
the coaching and L&D programmes and anchor them on scientific lines.
- The net saving on training the individual through the same set
of inputs from private consulting groups and cost of other logistics
will be 50% of the programme fee paid for ODCP and in a year’s
interval. The quality of the learning is higher as the same group
from diverse experience and work background exchange notes and
perceptions consistently over the year.

| Break-up of
the 50 days in terms of number of sessions a year, days per session &
months of the year when these sessions would happen. |
The programme

regional events based on dates to be announced by region.
Sharing of experience from OD practitioners from ISABS and a broad
introduction to the theory to be read during the inter module interval
will be explained before the first module is over.
