Organization Development Certification Programme
ODCP is the acronym for Organization Development and Change Management Certification Programme offered by ISABS. Phased over an year this learning experience is targeted for the change leaders for our Organizations.

ODCP - a post academic educational and learning initiative of ISABS will equip professionals from all functional areas of Corporate life with the competence to re-strategise and face up to the changes that haunt the top management periodically.

This unique certification programme is a great opportunity to attain scholarly mastery to effectively practice the art of change management and OD interventions.

The programme integrates leading-edge theories with best practices in OD from corporate history both in India and abroad. Significant OD interventions by consultants will form the case studies for discussion and to internalize.The inputs of ODCP are designed to blend interactions, explorations, learning events and practical projects. The programme runs through one full year starting the month of May.

Course Fees
The total cost to the Company/Institution sponsoring the Individual seeking the certification will be Rs.2.50/- lakhs exclusive of service tax. For foreign nationals the fees will be US $.10,000/- only. The fee is payable as : Rs.50,000/- on admission and in two installments of Rs 1.00/- lakh.

The fees will cover boarding / lodging during sessions in the ISABS events and while attending the special workshops at different locations like Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bhilai. All course 23 materials and tutorial fees will be inclusive.
The fee does not cover participants travel to the learning locations or places for mentor and coaching meetings in relation to writing of logs and learning journals;project work and special travel needs of participants for bridge events. .
