ODCP is the acronym for Organization Development and Change Management Certification Programme offered by ISABS. Phased over 18 months this learning experience is targeted to qualify senior managers/executives into a new career orbit.

ODCP - a post academic educational and practical initiative of ISABS to equip professionals from all functional areas of Corporate life with the competence to partner with Top Management teams to design road maps for deliverables while changing the systems, structures and strategy during times of crisis and/or quantum leaps. This unique certification programme is a great opportunity to attain scholarly mastery to effectively practice the art of change management and OD interventions.

The learning approach has a mix of class room learning, case study analysis, instrument design and diagnosing models. The hands on project is compulsory and the diagnostic report has to be endorsed by the client . Online discussion to exchange insights and clarify doubts will create a learning partnership among participants and faculty. Adequate shadow consulting and mentoring will be offered by the Project Director and core faculty in each region.

Option 1 - Onetime fee to be sent along with the Nomination form: Rs. 2,25.000.00 + ST

Option 2 - Instalment plan: Rs. 2,50,000.00 + ST in 3 instalments as under.

I – Rs. 1,00,000.00 + ST Due with the Nomination Form by 30 Apr 2012

II – Rs 1,00,000.00 + ST Due on or before 30 Sep 2012

III – Rs. 50,000 + ST Due on or before 31 Mar 2013

Payment of fees can be made through either:

Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheques payable to “Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science” at New Delhi. Please furnish the details of DD/ BC sent;

Or

Electronic transfer to ISABS account at Delhi. Please see the Nomination form for required details.

Notes;

1. Currently (April 2012) Service Tax rate is 12.36%
2. In case you have already done a BLHP within the last 2 years or paid for doing it in May 2012 you may reduce the fee paid from the first payment that you are making. Please attach a photocopy of the receipt given to you for the BLHP fees in support of your claim
